Where are your products made?
Each piece is carefully handcrafted by Shana Ostrowiecki in Long Beach, California.

Do you take custom orders?
Please contact us for any inquiries about bespoke pieces.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States from our location in California.

What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer free shipping on all items. Our free shipping option typically takes 5-8 business days after your order has been processed. Shana Ostrowiecki is not responsible for items lost in transit. We offer expedited shipping (1-4 business days) for an extra fee 

How do I care for my ceramic pieces?
Please view individual product pages "Details & Care" sections for care instructions.

What is your return policy?
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final.

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, contact the mail carrier within 2 business days of delivery to initiate a claimTake photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging, and do not dispose of either.

If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@shanaostrowiecki.com immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and assist you.

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its status.
